Here in MoonClan, we have noticed that many kittypets, valuable prey such as rabbits, and even our dreaded enemies dogs, have been abandoned by their twolegs. Even though we do not like dogs as they have killed many cats, all of these animals deserve to have good homes with twolegs. That is why for every 100 views on this page, the twolegs we have recruited will donate 10 cents to the place where all these animals go, called the Humane Society. Our goal is to eventually get to $100, so tell all of your friends that they should view this site and get involved to help all of the homeless kittypets who deserve a place with their twolegs.

I have spoken with Heavypaw's mentor and it has been decided that he is ready to become a warrior. Heavypaw, from this moment on you will be know as Heavyfoot. I have another announcement to make. Largebelly has decided to move into the Elder's den. We appreciate your services, Largebelly."
"All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath High Tree for a clan meeting. Meadowlark's kits, Buzzardkit, Sparrowkit, Shinekit, and Darkkit, have reached their sixth moons. Buzzardkit, Sparrowkit, Shinekit, and Darkkit, from now on until you receive your warrior names, you will be know as Buzzardpaw, Sparrowpaw, Shinepaw, and Darkpaw. Windyfrost, you are ready for your first apprentice. You will be mentor to Sparrowpaw. You were mentored by Icestripe, and I hope that you will pass on all that you have learned to this young apprentice. Icestripe, this will be your second apprentice. I would like you to mentor Darkpaw. Copperfur, this will be your first apprentice. You shall be mentor to Shinepaw. "Shinepaw, lesson 1. Don't take any more fresh kill than you catch. And don't listen to Heavyfoot. You listen to me a senior warrior the deputy, or the leader. Not Heavyfoot. Now, come. We must start your training." Windyfrost says.
"Thank you, Windyfrost," Owlheart replied, turning to Neverpaw. "Why don't you take some mice to the elder's den? Afterwards you can eat."
Neverpaw looked at her mentor for a moment, until she finally replied, "Ok!" Neverpaw then ran to the freshkill pile and then to the elder's den, a few mice in her jaws. A few moments later, Neverpaw returned, and happily ate a vole.

Molenose, you are ready for your first apprentice. You will be mentor to Coldpaw. You were mentored by Windyfrost, and I hope that you will pass on all that you have learned to this young apprentice. Sparrowwing rushes into camp and lies down in her nest in the Warrior cave. Shineheart wakes up and asks where Sparrowwing has been. "Do you promise not to tell?" Sparrowwing asks. "Maybe, depending on if you've broken the Warrior Code or not." "Well, I stayed on our territory, so I wasn't doing anything wrong in that respect. I met another cat tonight, and he asked me to meet him every half and full moon. Aren't you happy for me?"
Owlheart and Neverpaw padded into camp. Neverpaw had a pigeon in his jaws. The bird seemed to be almost as big as him, considering he was a small cat. He would still be mistaken for a kit at a Gathering if he were to attend one.
Neverpaw only dipped his head in thanks. "Hey Owlheart, I've been an apprentice for a while. When will I be a warrior?" The young tom looked at his mentor somewhat pleadingly and expectantly.
Owlheart sighed. "The time will come, young warrior. And it could be very soon."
Cloudystar calls a clan meeting. "It is time for an apprentice to become a warrior. Neverpaw, please come forward. I, Cloudystar, leader of ShadeClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him to you as a warrior in his turn. By the powers of MoonClan, I give you your warrior name. Neverpaw, from this moment you will be known as Neverheart. MoonClan honors your courage and bravery, and we welcome you as a full warrior of ShadeClan."
The clan cheers and chants, "Neverheart! Neverheart!"
Sparrowwing sneeks back into camp after spending the night with Claws. She collapes into her bed.
"Sparrowwing!" Icestripe yells. "Yes? What is it?" Sparrowwing asks. "Have you forgotten that you are on dawn patrol today?" "Yes." "Well get up! Everyone is waiting for you!" Sparrowwing yawns then goes out to meet the other cats on dawn patrol.

From this day on, until you receive your warrior names, you will be known as Robinpaw and Darkpaw. Your mentors will be Neverheart and Owlheart. I hope they will pass down all they know on to you. Neverheart, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You had received excellent training from Owlheart and you have shown yourself to be courageous and brave. You will be the mentor of Robinpaw and I expect you to pass on all you know to her. Owlheart, this will be your second apprentice. You had received excellent training from Redfoot and you have shown yourself to be strong and persistant. You will be the mentor of Darkpaw and I expect you to pass on all you know to him."

Cloudystar gathered her finest warriors to go to the Gathering. "If the Elite attacks the other Clans, I think we should fight with them. They seem very powerful, and it would be a bad idea to try to face them in battle. As much as I don't want to see the Clans destroyed, as long as ours is safe, I don't really care what happens to the rest of the clans." They left to go to Four Stones.
Icestripe rounds up a group to go to Four Stones.

Heavyfoot grabs 2 fat rabbits and 3 sparrows from the freshkill pile. He encourages Buzzardpaw to do the same.

Heavyfoot looks on, impressed.
Darkpaw jumps around and asks if he can start training.

ReplyDeleteOwlheart replied, "Well then, let's see if the elders and kits have been fed, and once they have you can eat."
Windyfrost says, "Sparrowpaw! Wanna go do some battle training?"
ReplyDeleteOwlheart took notice of Windyfrost. "Hello Windyfrost!" the she-cat mewed happily. "By any chance, do you know if the elders and kits have been fed?"

"No, they have not been." Windyfrost said.

That night, Sparrowwing sneeks out of the Queens den to tell Claws the good news.
